Attaching Java Moss

From what i heard you can use cotton thread or fine fishing line. THe problem is, i dont have either of them. The moss are currently floating in a 5 gallon tank with a betta in it. If I can't attach it then i'll just put the moss seperate with a coconut shell and let nature do its work.
 
Hey, goodluck with all this. I have found it will attach itself after a short period if u leave it to do its thing naturally. But a hair net, un-unsed of course, will hold it to the rock or bogwood etc.

Mine has attached after a few weeks of god growth
 
Sorry, lol. They are reallly cheap at ur local supermarket or hairdressers or u should b able to buy some string at a supermarket or convineince store too. A local fishing store should have cheap line. If not, leave it to grow naturally Divert the flow of water away from it and it should come up trumps!!!
