Ammonia At 0.5ppm

just tested my ammonia level

i have hoovered the tank today and the water is cloudy (ref previous post)

is the reading distorted due to this or do i have a problem

if so what do i need to do??

How long has the tank been set up, how many gallons or litres is the tank.
How many fish and which type, do you have others stats in nitrite,nitrate.
