Try some assassins. Pest snails are impossible NOT to breed. So, if you really want to breed snails, get some plants and add tons of food to a fishless tank. The pest snails will start to take over the tank. Then get a few assassin snails and continue to overfeed the tank. The pests will keep going, while the assassins will breed.

I never said it would happen fast. Pest snails breed like wildfire, but assassins are much slower. But, there actually is a market for assassins.

and you think i dont know that pest snails breed quickly? one day i had 2, next week i had 200!

I never said that you didn't. Just using them to illustrate that different snails breed differently.
