here is my tank the lights whent so im using tropical lights until i get my new ones fron iquatics. so it looks yellow. the corals are fine but the toadstool isint looking too good. have a look through my journal as well because lots of people are saying that it was very useful to them. also have a look at other peoples journals.

Hi all, I just joined.

The name's Steve. I'm on the Sunshine Coast, in Queensland, Australia.

My tank is never going to be all bright and clean because i like it to look like the rock pools where i get all my stock from. The only purchased thing in the tank is a Clownfish for my gf.

As far as critters go, i havent identified them all yet but:

2x Stripeys
4x Damselfish (as far as i can tell):
-1x Sergent Major
-3x Scissortails
-1x slightly different one
1x black and white clownfish (Tim)
1x Blenny (known as Billy the Hippoface)
1x smaller bleny (Mr. Tadpole)
3x Gobies of some sort
1x Mono
1x Red Striped Cardinal
3x Small Wrasse of some sort (possibly a leopard wrasse?)
1x little mohawked fish that i have no idea what it is
2x silver fish with black and white tails that look a lot like fresh water scissortail rasboras. lol

1x Black Sea Cucumber
3x Rock Borer (?) Sea Urchins
1x Feather Worm
1x Colony of Blue Xenia
1x Mussel
1x Oyster
2x Small common shrimps
1x Money Cowrie
couple of small plate corals
few small snails
various algaes and seaweeds

Will soon be taking all the scissortail damsels and the 2 silver fish and maybe the mono out and putting into another tank as it's a bit full right now. It's tough when you can just walk to the beach and find neat fish. Just too tempting to bring them home and get overstocked. I'm down to one tank atm and need to get back to a few more.
