When your on vacation and when you (barely) talk to your family you 'remind' them multiple times and with some force to feed the fish, but not too much, or too little, just what they can eat... and chop up the pellets into fours, because they're still too big, but don't feed the pellets every day... and don't forget to feed them!!!!

When you check out not only one, but 2,3, or more lfs, just to see what new fish came in. You do this because you just know if you miss one, that's the week they will get in one of the fish on your "most wanted" list and they will all be sold before you get there the following week.
