So, my dad used to have a betta, a royal blue vt called blue. that was like 3 years ago and that betta lived to be 6 yrs old before our house got to cold and he passed. Well, i live with my mom not my dad and i was down visiting and talking about my 11 babies. And hes like i think its time i go get another. SO, today were gonna go get my dad one. He LOVES bettas and wont feed them anything other than hikari betta bio gold. He knows to clean tanks. Hes like, but, i dont wanna get a little bowl or a crappy half gal. So, were getting a 1- 2 1/2 gallon and hes getting his betta. Were going in an hour or so to the 2nd biggest petco in the us. Im soo excited and if i can find a little little little girl for dash or just a betta with "that" face, ill probs get one too

Have fun getting another betta for yourself and one for your Dad! Maybe mention about getting a small heater for the tank if you think thats what caused the last one to die - however him being 6 years old he was an OAP of a fish lol!

Ok..........so, whe didnt get my dad one, but, i ended up getting two. I got a little tiny tiny delta girl called Calli and a big purple blue green shimmery one with white on the end of the fins called Moose
