Yes, try to get 6 or more females as well. Yellow labs really aren't as aggressive as other mbuna species.

How come you have a yellow lab? you posted asking if you could put them in your american cichlid tank and you were advised not to get one

im just going to see how it goes if everything is ok no attacking then ill keep it in there, but if there is ill take it out and put it in a spear 4ft.

Spike everytime you post your tanks and their contents the fish and tank size dont match with previous posts. What setups have you got and what fish are in them?

2x blue acaras,
2x parrot fish,
3x common plecos.

7ft:
1x baby albino oscar,
1x female convict,
1x parrot fish,
1x firemouth,
1x yellow lab,
1x chocolate cichlid,
1x blue acara,
1x gold severum,
2x common plecos.

4ft:
2x breeding pair of convicts,
and a agressive * unknown name *

sorry forgot its name.

empty.
