Yellow Lab Eggs Gone

my female lab that was holding isnt anymore, and theres no sign of the eggs, apart from 1 or 2 stuck to the filter, she was in her own tank.
im not sure what has happened, any clues.

If it was her 1st spawn, she may have eaten the eggs - like most cichlids they don't always get it right 1st time. Not a lot you could have done so don't beat yourself up. Put her back with the male(s) and they'll soon spawn again.

ok, i go 4 that then, hopefully things will go a bit better thanks

I've found that it takes several spawns for my female labs to get the hang of it, and I have one that has never managed to hold successfully, she keeps trying though.
