I'm using the nutrafin c02 system in a 80 ltre tank and everything seems to be ok but one thing concerns me, iv'e read on here the people who use the pressuriesd systems have a way of turning the c02 off during the non photosythetic period (at night) and then it goes back on before the lights come on during the day, with the yeast metod its on 24-7 will this affect the fish or is the amount of c02 going in not worth worrying about, would it be advisable to disconnect the c02 at night and connect it again once the lights are on, I am confused so please help.

I wouldn't worry about it as that much co2 shoudn't bother the fish. I would advise that an air supply is present tho at least at lights out. The down side to this method is that you have no control over the amount of co2 injected and you will find that you will start off with quite a few bubbles but will slow down over a week or two. This unregulated injection can and probably will cause an algae bloom

A Nutrafin C02 will definitely not need removing at night. You won't need to add an air stone. The Nutrafin C02 will not provide a lot of C02 for a 80ltr tank. As tribalbrit suggests, you may get certain types of algae, due to the unstableness (is that a word?) of the C02.
