The fry will probably look much like the female does unless you have mixed male and female color patterns in your tank. Care is simple. Feed sparingly several times each day and do large water changes at least weekly. The frequent feedings will cause the water quality to degrade and so it will need lots of changes to keep up with the build up. I found that my molly fry changed color as they matured. At adult size, they looked quite a bit like the female but at the drop many of them had dark spots on them. Pictures are in my thread called My Molly's Progress.
