I purchased some xmas moss mostly to propagate for breeding, but also for some accents in my current tank.
I just got done attaching it to a few areas of wood with some thread.
I'm not quite sure if I planted it properly. I did not pay much attention to which end was top or bottom. Mainly because it was clumped all together, and not ever having worked with moss really was unsure which was which.
Basically I just separated small clumps of the moss and tied them down where I wanted them. I guess I am just hoping that the bottoms will eventually find the wood and adhere over some time.
Is this going to be ok? Or, should I attempt to re-plant these?
