Would This Be Adequate?

Im planning to take apart my 2 gal betta tank and add some live plants ot it, and would java moss and java fern do well under a 7 watt incadescent light bulb?
Also im keeping the current substrate of variously colored gravel(lol)
but i plann to rip out hte ugf plant 1st though but gotta giveh te tank a cleanning to 1st
Any suggestions?
Btw this is a hex tank and has a 3i Whisper internal Filter

Java fern and Java moss should do well in your setup, however remember that they both must be attatched to wood or rocks.

yep i got that covered ill jsut steal some nice rocks from the 10 gal in hte living room lol
So it would work right?as i plan to get a nice carpet of java moss and a java fersn sticking out , im sure my betta will enjoy it, and should i still use the filter with the plant in?
