Would The Eheim 2080 Be Too Big

I am setting up a tank which is 566 litres 150 US gallons.

Have been looking at filters and really like the look of the 2080. It is designed for tanks up to 1500 litres so way more than I need. While I know its best to overfilter would it be too much.

Also can anyone suggest any alternatives beside the FX5, which I heard has reliability issues

I would go with Eheim everytime.
I think you'd be OK with that or something slightly smaller

its says 600l so only 44l more than i have.

Also because the heater is in the filter does that mean that i wouldn't need a seperate heater

Yeah I'd go with that.
It's a thermofilter so you can dispensate with a seperate heater.

I like the Thermo Filters by Ehiem. It's always nice to not have a horrible heater in the tank that spoils the deco.
