hello,

so I have this 10...15L tank with just plants in it. it's a nice setup, aquaclear 20 and a heater to keep the water around 24oC. it's a new tank so I have to cycle it first.

I'm thinking about putting a nice betta in that aquarium... and maybe later try to put it in my 20G aquarium with my tetras. The small aquarium is planted it's where I grow my plants with no chemicals whatsoever just filtering and co2. The bottom has nice tiny rocks and I think a betta would have a lot of fun in there it's not too big but it's 5...10 times bigger than a betta bowl.

I'll also change 25% of the water eveyr week, it'll be easy to do that since it's a small aquarium.

I just want 1 male betta something nice.

thoughts?

thanks.

I'm not very experienced but I think that sounds great, my betta also likes to hide in places i.e. under bog wood, rest in my camboda (sp?), there are some beautiful colours out their too so shop around for one you really like :good:

Go for it he will definitly love a planted tank! and really anythings better then those horrible little cups
