the temperature of the tank should be 77 degrees for all those fish. Do you have a heater? these are tropical fish, not temperate.

also, all the species in bold should be kept in groups of six. The species in italics may become an issue in the future due to adulthood aggression and territorial behavior.

I'd work on sorting out your tank before adding bolivian rams. otherwise, they should be alright. Once you get that heating up.

No i am afraid not. Rams need a temp in the 80's and those fish cannot handle the temperature. But you could have Bolivian rams i guess.

I showed this post to my 10 year old son & he said you need more Tetras because they're schooling fish. He also said Rams aren't really a good mix with Angels or Gouramis, especially Three Spot Gouramis.

I agree with the others too, you need to keep that temp up around 76 or so.

 that's quite the 10 year old son you've got. Though the angels and rams are great together. Angels don't really stay all too close to the bottom of the tank most the time, so most dwarf cichlids will be fine with them. My old bolivians in particular never left the bottom space for anything, not even food, they'd just wait politely for it to float near them.
