Frozen squid that I feed to my carnivorus fish, I left it out to thaw and forgot I had left it on the counter so I when I walked into my house about 6 hours later the kitchen smelled horrible and my cat threw up on the floor

omg i just picked a really bad time to read this thread, i was eating my breakfast
but i've gota say i think ammonia is the worst, but suppose for men with hairy noses its ok cos it burns the hairs right off along with a couple of layers of skin

this morning i cleaned out my "snail box" (all the snails i've pulled out of one of my betta tank, ramshorns = like rabbits) it gets cleaned every 2 days, but this morning it was retchy because of a catfish pellet i put in for them last night, and none of them even touched it, the water STANK.

having just completed this task, with the scent still in my nasal passages, I have to say that decapsulating brine eggs is no fun at all. The bleach is just overwhelming.


And you guys with raunchy microworms, just chunk the whole thing and splurge on another 15 cent container

ok i was gonna get myself an apple snail... dont think so now.

dead bloodworm from a few weeks back. it almost reached the peak of my non-fish related smells - my grandfaather died and we brought his cat home. it then had the squirts, but was a nice cat - it did it in a plastic bag. it was nice of it really, but used to puppies, it took me about 10 minutes to find it. sadly as well, the plastic bag the cat chose, had my grandfathers affairs in it, including the will...

I've had dead blackworms, and dead freshwater snails, and dead saltwater snails and I must say the 2 inch turbo snail that died on me was by far the worste smell of them all, and I have worked with Bleach and amonia about 10 times as strong as what yall gwt at the grocery store

Yep the snail thing could almost be used as a chemical weapon, or at least a police tactic for disbursing rioters
