I Finally got me first Betta yesterday, its a He and is a movey color with a black head, he looks awesome.

One thing, My Bettas Fins look a bit battered as in the shop I got him from they was all kept in tiny bags, ive let him into my tank, he seems alot more healthier and enjoying himself more, but will his fins ever get better?

Yes his fins should eventually grow back, just make sure he has plenty of clean water, and you could add a little salt to his water to help.

Oh, almost forgot, he's lovely!

let him settle for a few days. if his fins aren't showing much growth or are really tattered, you maybe want to try Bettafix for a bit.
