Hi All,

My LFS also has an Exotics/Reptile section. Last week among all the reptile equpment they had some really nice pieces of wood that they were selling for those set ups. Long twisted pieces that I like.

So the question is, would this be ok to put in a fish tank?
After the usual cleaning & soaking of course.

boil it scrub it boil it soak it and your good to go

yep, as above. The only thing, it won't sink, so you'll need to anchor it with some slate or whatever you choose.

That is why I would soak it one final time so that it sinks should of elaborated
