Woo Just Bought 2 Betta's

Some very good advice given here already on breeding but just think of the time as well as the money. I spend 2 hours a day just water changing in my fish room and taking care of live foods etc for them. Read every single thing you can about it before you go ahead with it and yes, please invest in a good pair, it will pay in the end with good quality desireable fry

yeh im deffinetly leaving it another month and getting a decent pair, thanks for all the advice people

HI, if your male betta is a bit down in the dumps give him a mirror next to tank for 5 minutes or so. This wil make him flare as he will think another male is there. When you first get bettas they are very quiet it takes them a while to calm down.

thanks yeh he perked up a bit swimming up and down only resting when i payed him some attention but shot off if he was pointed at


ahhhhh spent £3.95 on tetra betta food......and they prefer the goldfish flakes! but relish bloodworms, must find them some live specimins
