Wondering What Saltwater Fish Would Be Ok In A 15g

I am moving into an apartment, and the lease says I am only allowed to have a maximum of a 15 gallon tank. I really want a saltwater tank. I was wondering if anyone on here had any suggestions on what fish would be suitable to have in such a small tank. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm no saltwater guy, but I think I remember reading that you need more space for your fish than in freshwater. You could keep shrimp and snails though. Possibly a nano-reef?
