well like the title says. Is there any kind I could buy that would keep growing around the bottom of the tank? ill prun and stick peices here and there, but what are the best types for doing what I want?

Thanks,

DL :good:

What lighting do you have, in watts? What size is the tank?

There's some demanding carpetting plants, and some less demanding, so it'll depend on these things above as to what would be best for you.

Chill Winston! lots of people are UK based and you posted in the middle of the night!

As Voo says it depends on your light levels.

Sorry didn't mean to be unchill. Anyways im ordering some plants offline and someone recommended Rotala Nanjenshan Not sure if its a carpeting plant. Anyways my tnk set up is:
1 15watt 11,000k bulb
25gal tank

ferts used: leaf zone for iron and Kents pro-plant.

my wpg is only 0.6 but i dont understand how to make a diy light fixture for the tank.

Thanks, Connor

Rotala Nanjenshan is very definitely not a carpeting plant, its a long thin one with fine leaves. Under the light you've got you're going to struggle to get much to grow Im afraid. If you could increase the lighting to 1.5WPG you'd have much better luck.
