Woken up this morning to find one of my mollys has given birth, a few are allready dead though should i leave the others free swimming? I have them in a net at the moment resting in the water . Thanks

If you want to save any, keep them in a breeder net/box, or move them to another tank. Let them out in the tank and they will probably become snacks.

Each of your female mollies will be having 30+ fry every 4-6 weeks. It doesn't look like you have the tank space to keep every single one, so either you need to find somewhere to move them on to (some LFS may take them, but are unlikely to pay you) or you need to let them become lunch for the community. THat may sound harsh, but it's what would happen in the wild.
