Briefly looking...

I would first pick up on the fact the heater may not be able to keep a 80~ litre tank stable. Filter may not be up to scratch for the biload however I'm not familiar with that product.

I would say the two GBRs could be problematic if they are Male and Female and become aggressive towards the other fish in when breeding. So you may be best of just going for one or at least having them sexed before buying them. Sometimes it's doable sometimes its not.

The Platys AFAIK will probably end up breeding and you'll have a bunch of fry in your tank in the future and finally I would pick up on the fact that you may want some more plants for the tank fake or real.

Not sure about the catfish as I don't know much about them and the rummy nose will probably be a good choice for a tank of that size.

As Joshua said, more plants will probably be better than just two. I tend to over plant my tanks but must say they look better with a heavy planting than an anemic one. I have never tried rams but I really like the way they look. Who knows, one of these days I may try them. They are reputed to be somewhat more difficult than a typical beginner fish so keep that in mind. Rummy nose are nice schooling fish but are not best in a new tank. I think this leaves a first stocking of the platies and ancistrus and a follow up a couple of months later with the rummy nose. I will leave the subject of when to add the rams to someone who has experience with them.
