Will This Muck Dirt Clean Up?

I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned my gravel but when I've filled tank up it's went mucky colour I'm gonna be buying filters this weekend will them do the job?

1 external.

I had the same with my tank that I set up last week. I cleaned the gravel but then when I filled the tank the water was all horrible and murky. With the filter on it cleared up in about 24 hours though.

Its normal for tanks to take hours to clear up if they get disturbed.

it will i put new rocks in yesterday and it went murky but after several hours it is now crystalclear so it will go when you get your filters
