IF YOU HAD A BIG TANK AND A SMALL TANK WOULD THE ONES IN THE BIGGER TANK GROW QUICKER AND FASTER THAN THOSE IN THE SMALLER TANK

a bigger tank would definately help fish developement along but its not the ont factor in fish growth. theres also nutrition, water quality, and other stuff.
