Will These Fish Live Together Happily?

6 Harlequin Rasboras
5 Zebra Danios
1 Pearl Danio
1 Common Plec
1 Rainbow Shark
10 Purple Emperor Tetras
Possibly 3 or 4 Electric Yellow Labs (Request from my sister lol)

Tank is a Rio 400 which works out at 126 US Gallons according to the calculator.

Hi,
Definitely wouldn't mix in the labs, these would spell big trouble for your smaller fish,

Also if your planning a community setup then IMO the last thing you want to add are two same species cichlids, if they pair up then only the plec and shark will be able to handle the aggression and if they don't then one acara is more than likely going to be bullied for pretty much most of its life IME

In a 400 you have plenty of room and so have plenty more options, i.e. how about going for one blue acara and one Rainbow cichlid ? or one blue acara and a pair of keyholes

You could also quite easily bump up the numbers of your smaller shoals
