Will These Fish Be Ok Together?

will these fish be ok in a 200litre tank

1 pearl gourami
2 keyhole cichlids
4 panda cory
4 sterbai cory
5 rummynose tetras
5 neon tetras
5 fancy guppys

Absolutely fine with room to spare!

Is the tank cycled?

I'd definately up the corys and tetras to 6-8 of each species

also get only male guppies unless you have a spare tank for all the fry.

Yes.


could up the shoals of cories & tetras a bit if you wanted, but no great need to. I think that mix of fish will look very nice indeed !

ive just been told on another forum that i cannot keep panda corys and sterbai corys together as the pandas need a temp of 20c-24c and the sterbai corys need 24c-28c.
is this true??

for all these fish i want, what temp would you recommend i keep the tank at??

Set the temp at 24c then

i wouldn't recommend keeping fish at there maximum tolerable temp, its asking for trouble imo,they will be more susceptible to disease's.

Yeah but I had a keyhole cichlids kill my opaline Gourami. My keyhole would constantly chace him and bother him that he died of stress. I should have seperated them but it was too late when I finaly found out what was going on.

So just watch them. It could be fine.

Yeah most corys do better in cooler water. I had my pandas at 80F and they were not as happy but when the water is cooler 75F all is well and they spawn. Just get 8 sterbai corys and it would be good.
