Depends on the size of tank & the actual species.

It's a 16g tank. not sure on species yet.

Clown Loaches get to 30 cm on average in size the majority of Cichlids cannot be in a 16 gal however guppies and cories will be good together in a 16 gal hope that helps. Kuhlii loaches and yoyo's might work instead of clown loaches

The term cichlid is very wide- it is impossible to say unless we know the species. (it's a bit like saying "I'm thinking of buying a mammal, will it get on with my hamster? ). Many, if not most, cichlids will be problematic with the corys because cichlids are territorial, and often territorial around the bottom part of the tank, which is where the corys go bumbling happily along without understanding the concept of territory at all.
East African cichlids also need special water parameters which will make them impossible to house with the other fish you mentioned+ they are too aggressive.
Guppies are a bit too frail for most cichlids. Rams might be ok, but they don't exactly like the same water.
Clown loaches will need a big tank, so it's more a case of whether they are compatible with your accommodation.
Guppies and corys get on well, both peaceful and don't bother each other.
