Right now I have
3 Red Eye Tetra
3 Black Skirt Tetra
1 Tetra Serpa
3 Dalmation Mollies
2 Cory Cats
1 Pleco
If I get one I'm getting a female but will she probably nip at my other fish?

You're no where near your stocking limit (depending on what the pleco is)
I'd go for...
5 black skirt tetra
5 red eye tetra
6 tetra serpa (to spread out agression)
5 cory cats
1 or 4+ female betta (Need to be kept alone or in groups to spread out any agression)
7 dalmation mollies
1 pleco
But yes a female betta would be absolutely fine in your tank with your current plan.![]()
can you get anypics of the plec
Well you have to keep males on their own, they cannot be mixed with females or other males. They also 'generally' don't do well in community set-ups.
Females are often agressive with eachother but if you keep 4 or more it allows them to create a hierachy which tends to significantly lower any agression.
