Right now I have

3 Red Eye Tetra
3 Black Skirt Tetra
1 Tetra Serpa
3 Dalmation Mollies
2 Cory Cats
1 Pleco

If I get one I'm getting a female but will she probably nip at my other fish?

I would say the answer to your question 'will one get along with my tank', depends how big the tank is.

In theory she shouldn't cause a problem to your current stock.

Yes I was talking about a betta (I guess I should have said but since it was in this section I figured that was obvious but sorry for me not saying) but yea we all know how theory and realistic is with how fish get along but like you said I wanted to check with theory and see if she would get along in there I know bettas have problems (fin nipping mostly right?) with some fish but I didn't know if she would with any of my fish.

Also its a 75 us gallon tank my hopes for the total count to be is

5 black skirt tetra
5 red eye tetra
1 tetra serpa (only reason for this is he/she killed the other 2 so I don't want anymore bullying to go one)
5 cory cats
1 female betta
7 dalmation mollies
1 pleco

Also thats as long as I'm not pushing the stocking limit but that might be doing it a little I think so my numbers might have to be played with some

You're no where near your stocking limit (depending on what the pleco is)
I'd go for...
5 black skirt tetra
5 red eye tetra
6 tetra serpa (to spread out agression)
5 cory cats
1 or 4+ female betta (Need to be kept alone or in groups to spread out any agression)
7 dalmation mollies
1 pleco

But yes a female betta would be absolutely fine in your tank with your current plan. :)

I started off with 3 tetra serpas and he killed the other two within days so I was kinda bummed about that because they are nice bright fish. Also my pleco is (I think) a Trinidad Pleco but I'm not 100% sure. I know its nothing fancy because he was cheap.

That's why you need more serpae tetras, to balance out the aggression. Hence why I suggested 6.

Well you could have:
5 black skirt tetra
5 red eye tetra
6 tetra serpa (to spread out agression)
5 cory cats
1 or 4+ female betta (Need to be kept alone or in groups to spread out any agression)
7 dalmation mollies
1 trinidad pleco

With no issues. Though for that stocking I'd probably upgrade the filter or just add another one onto the tank.

can you get anypics of the plec

I will try to get a picture of the pleco when he comes out tonight.... Also my filtration is an Emperor 400 along with an under gravel filter with 4 power heads.

Which is more aggressive with the bettas the males or females?

Well you have to keep males on their own, they cannot be mixed with females or other males. They also 'generally' don't do well in community set-ups.

Females are often agressive with eachother but if you keep 4 or more it allows them to create a hierachy which tends to significantly lower any agression.

i would add more serpaes at least 5 more because they may nip the bettas fins if not. with a group they should chase each other about and ignore the other fish.

I'm most likely only going to get 1 female then to start off and make sure everything goes all right before I decide if I'm going to keep it at 1 or do 4+

Bear in mind that if you add others later the origional girl may well get nasty as she thinks the tank is her territory.
