Will My Viallis Grow Any Taller?

Sorry if its spelt wrongly but my Viallis doesnt want to grow any taller. See attached pic, its been at that height for quite a while now. I was hoping it would grow and cover the back up quite nicely.

Any thoughts on if indeed thats what it is and if it will grow taller?

Just did a water change hence all the floating stuff.

As you can see I have various plants that Im experimenting with at the moment which are getting there slowly but surely!

thats strange cos vallis is the only plant I can grow and in my sons tank its about 2.5 ft high and they were bought as small plants like that

You have vallis tort which only grows to 20cm

Try vallis Gigantea or vallis straight (spiralis)

Torta has twisted leaves, both of those will do, the 'gigantea' has wider leaves.

I think the last time I got the wider leaved one my Plec ate it!!

Best go for the thinner leaved specimen!

It will spread out and shoot out runners and thicken up Im presuming?
