Will My Guppies Give Birth Again

My guppy gave birth yesterday and I'm not sure which one did it. They are both pregnant
I have 12 neons and 3 guppies ( one male and two females ).

Guppies give birth monthly and can have multiple batches of fry from one breeding.  Chances are you'll have more fry in 20-some days.

I got the breeding box yesterday at petcetera for $3

I'm not sure if you're going to use that for the fry or for the females, but usually you don't want to put the females in the boxes, just the fry.  Adults can get stressed in them and it can lead to dead fry.

I put the fry in the breeding box( there are 12 fry )

Ok. They should be big enough to be with their parents in 3-4 weeks, if not less.
