I have a 36x18x18 inch aquarium with live plants, 2 rocks, and some wood. I run an Ehiem Classic 2215/2217 filter. I have 6 rosy barbs, 6 odessa barbs, 4 bronze cories and 1 RTBS. I did have plans to add 3 or 4 gouramis, but i think this will be too much because i have recently found out that my rosy barbs get much bigger than i thought. Right now they are about 1 inch, but i understand they can get to 5+ inches.

Is my tank at the maximum ideal stocking, taking into account growth?

the gouramis are best kept in 1:2 ratios of 1 male to 2 females, I'm just going to work out the gallons of your tank

thats about 50 US gallons, some people say 1inch of fish to 1 gallon, Ideally 5 gallons plus a gallon per inch I would say so 45 inches of fish max, in my opinion
