Will Fin Rot/collunaris Meds Hurt My Adfs?

My fish has either fin rot or collunaris, but she shares her tank with other fish and African Dwarf Frogs. I don't have a hospital tank. Will the ADFs be okay with the medicine and salt? I can remove if needs be to a 10 litre food container, it will have a heater but no filter and I am going away for a week, although it could be cut short to 5 days if needs be.

What should I do? I dont know how long an unfiltered 10 litre would be be okay with 3 African Dwarf Frogs in it. I could add plants and moss and seeded gravel.
