Will feeder fishes like the golden comet harm red cherry shrimps?

they might, depending on how big they are. why do you have feeder fish for?

The feeder fishes are about 2 inches

it also depends on how big your shrimp are. if they are at least 3/4 the size (1.5 inch) of the fish, they will be fine.

oh yeah, just to let you know, feeder goldfish arent healthy for your fish. if you must feed it live foods, i would suggest breeding your own guppies.
