Will A Stunted Fish Ever Grow Larger?

I imagine so, as it may stop producing the hormones that stunts it's growth once in a bigger sized tank. Whether it will reach potential size and age, is another question.

I think it will, but it may be disproportioned as certain parts still grow like internal organs etc.
 
It will get bigger but never reach its potential max size and will still look out of shape. It may not live as long as it could either.....

This is correct, although not all stunted fish are abnormally shaped. A stunted fish will never reach the potential size of a "normal" one.
