A memeber on here has posted this pic of their guppy, they thought it was pregnant, but i think this may be a big problem, the one where the anal get really inflamed and ends up going red (cant remember the name)

That looks nasty. Is it just the photos or is her spine bent? That's never a good sign but it often happens naturally to old fish just like some old humans get hunchbacked. Do you know how old she is?

We also need a bit more info. Water stats (ammonia/nitrite/nitrate/temperature/pH) would really help us if you have them.

How big is the tank, what else is in it and how long has it been set up?

Possibly a internal bacterial infection? IDK, im not good with fish diseases, but the thread title attracted me!
 
Red inflamed anus can be dropsy to internal parasites.
Is the fish bloated with scales sticking out.

Internal parasite symtoms are.
long stringy white poo to clear mucas poo.
Being thin or bloated.
Enlarged anus to red inflamed anus.
Worms prutruding from the anus.
Sometimes bent spine.
