Well no it's not if u change the DNA then how is that cruel the fish was born glowing in the dark and it's not gonna know any diffent and since it's not injected bye then it's not gonna suffer like that.

It's like nature changing DNA is it cruel that some of us are born wit a different gene say one that makes us glow in the dark it's not going to hurt us because everything else is the same and so why not the fish. yah it could have unknow problems and all of that but it might not. I personally won't buy one cos i don't think we should play god but then isn't that what we do everyday

is it wrong? that depends on the person. Personally I say not really. No harm to the fish...I just think its dumb

Remember that alot of the fish that are kept without a second though were specifically bred, and inbred etc. in captivity to make them "altered' in certain ways to make them more attractive for fishkeeping. This is just doing it in another way, and maybe taking it to an extreme.
