Why Is One Of Balloon Molly Fry Going In Circles?

I have one fry when there is even a little bit of excitement in the tank he starts swimming in small fast circles! It is really funny to watch. He is no more than a quarter inch long but is quite entertaining! He has been doing this since birth! Does anyone have any idea why he is doing this?

its a birthing defect that has been caused by the birth itself,slight damage to either the vertibrae or brain damage. im sorry to say that as much it is entertaining, these little fellows that swim round in circles or loop the loop rarely survive past 1 month
