because the onus is on the buyer to make sure it is legal for their own country

Can I just clarify. This substance is not Illegal here. It is illegal to possess it without a prescribtion but to actually possess it is NOT unlawful. Illegal substances are on what is called the classification list. This list is lettered A,B,C,&D. A being the most controlled, and D the least. It is illegal to possess any of the drugs, full stop. The reason for grading, is to indicate its prohibitive use, and to determine the punishment for unlawful possession. Prescription drugs are controlled, but controlled on a local basis, and administered by local professionals on a descretionary basis. This does not make them illegal.
