Why Does My Platy Hang Out Under The Filter?

He goes right under it and starts shaking like crazy. He then swims out, but then he goes right back in!

No, everyone is getting along fine, although my sword isn't too fond of my otto.

I used to a pearl scale goldfish and a swordtail that does the same but that's because they like the current coming out

did you cycle your tank?
keeping proper maintenance... what are your stats like
if you don't have the proper environment for your fish this will case it.

He stopped doing it. It started soon after a water change. One of my other Platys goes under the filter and moves very slowly back and forth. I guess he thinks he is getting a massage?

do you dechlorinate your water before adding it? If you do, then he could just like the current If not its the water!
