Why Aint My Kribs Pairing?

i bought 2 kribs about 2 weeks ago, they are from the same tank so i thought they would pair pretty quick, but i was wrong, instead of pairing, all the male does is chase her away, so last weekend, i bought another female, also from the same tank, but still all he does is chase them to a corner, they are pretty young, around 5cm's long, so is this why the male is doing this?, does he have to mature abit first?.

oh, 1 more thing, the second female i bought, isnt an albino but she is quite faded, she has got a bit of color, but not much, she has the black lateral lines, and the pink belly but her body is a faint white color, is this normal? did it happen when she was born?.

better of getting a few and letting them pair natually
better to get 1 from 1 stockist and other from other stockist
give them time..........mine still fight every so often
