Who Has Kept Prehistoric Monster Fish?

I looked after a very tiny one for a while at the fish shop I worked at. He liked bloodworm which I think he was eating at night because I never saw him eat... but unfortunately he was so thin when he came in and died.

This is one of those fish that if I ever saw it in the UK, it would be an essential buy. I am yet to see one for sale.

Same here, seen them marked on the tanks a couple of times but always too late and someone else has already bought them.

I haven;t ever seen one in the US... well, Texas more specific.

Wholesale tropicals still have it in their stocking list; of course they may have sold it, but might be worth giving them a ring.

I worked at 'Tranquility' in Woodingdean, near Brighton. It might be worth ringing them too, I don't work there anymore so I can't say for sure, but we did have one so maybe they're on the list?

Sorry to reply so late, I forgot aobut this thread.
Many thanks for all the replys. I have asked at my work if it's possible to get some in if they are available. Will talk to them more on Sunday.

I have always wanted some these but I haven't seen them anywhere.

ive seen them in Watermarque, (two stores in somerset) several times, and i'm sure they could order some in if asked
