Whiteworm/microworm How Good Is It

well been on ebay quite a bit lookin 4a good deal on an External Filter & come arcoss WhiteWorm/microworm Convention`s im just wondering how good it is for the fish as i cant get live bloodworm from my lfs & is there any chance of my fish catchin an infectson from it i & is there a diffrents between white~microworm sorry to be asking so meny ?on the matter im just not 2sure about it my fish are mostly livebaers :unsure:

You dont wanna go feeding a lot of whiteworm or grindalworm as they are very fatty foods so fitting them into your feeding regime would be better rather than relying on these soley.
 
Microworms, which are really nematodes, are far too small for most adult fish. This picture shows tens of thousands of them including a few thousand crawling up the side of the container. They make great fry food for small egg layers though.
