Im currently treating whitespot in a tank right now and one of my fish decided to give birth this morning,We now have 7 babies in a breeding net.Ive been treating whitespot med every 48 hours and its due to have a medication today but im not sure If I can now with the fry

Im unable to move them as only got the other tank which is currently on a fishless cycle

Usually less than half dose.
Or half dose.
Increase temp to 30.
You must increase aeration in the tank as the high temp and med reduce 02 in the water.
Don't forget to remove black carbon from the filter if you use it.

If your fry get whitespot most of them won't make it. This leaves you with the dilema of stressing them and maybe losing a few or not treating and losing most. I would continue treatment. As Wilder said, if you haven't already made certain to get adequate aeration, it is time now. The elevated temperature helps mostly with shortening the time it takes to do the treatment so anoher option is to go longer. The trouble is the medications you have may actually need the temperature.
