Whites Spots

I have noticed that my platies and some of my other fish have gotten white specks on them i am not to sure how to cure it can you please help me

Does it look like they have been sprinkled with salt, if so then they probaly have ick. What kind of fish do you have.

a lot of my fish have died i have guppys platies half beaks pleco and danios

Need to start treating whitespot soon kills a fish as it attacks the gills of the fish.
Turn temp up to 30, increase aeration in the tank as the med and high temp will reduce 02 in the water.
Remove black carbon if you use it.
Check meds instructions that you can use the full dose with the fish you keep.
