Whitecloud damaged front fin

My whitecloud had his front fin bit by the other whitecloud in the tank and he is now swimming weird. He only uses the opposite fin and wiggles instead of swimming. He also starts to float upwards if he is still for a period of time. Any treatment/medication recommendations?

Def don't use any meds. You could use some salt if it gets fin rot

Question? Why are these fish not in the middle of the tank? Are they scared of something. What else is in this tank?

They are the only two fish in the tank. The brown one may have been afraid of the yellow one who bit him. I put a divider in the middle but they kept sneaking through.
