White Stuff !

hi i have a millie with white stuff on him he is a community tank and none of the other fish in the tank have this i was wondering what i could be ?

How long has your tank been setup?
Does it look fluffy at all?

Need alot more info i'm afraid.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
The white stuff on the fish where is it on the fish, does it look like the fish has been sprinkled in salt, or fluffy in appearance.

well if it is fuzzy looking its a fungus and if it is in dots of white it is most likely ick
