White Stick Insect In My Tank

I did not know were to put this so here will do iv just see what I can only describe as a small white stick insect in my tank I can not see it now I did try to take a photo of it.

Can any one tell me what it is am guessing its no harm in the tank

Look up damselfly nymphs or dragonfly nymphs. If this is what it is, it will kill and eat small fish.
