White Spots or Ulcerations on Pearl Gourami

I have a pearl gourami. It has developed white spots or ulcerations and is not taking food. Kindly advice a suitable treatment for the same.

Not sure what that is but it doesn’t look good . I would keep a sharp eye on the rest of your fish and hope it doesn’t spread . This may be a water quality issue .

There are no other fish in the tank.
