Could be whitespot, unless you have actually seen the bugs jump on the fish.

What do the "bugs" look like?

Water stats/readings?

my stats are fine.

i havent ever seen the bugs latch on the fish, never seen the bugs leve the waters surface, exept jump on the sides of the aquarium higher up, they jump verry well. they are very tiny, cnt see much detail on them, i am realy worried bout losing my fish.

the white spots on my fish are raised and perfectly round, also small, i dont want to lose them.

they are pale white but over the fishes whole body!

If the fish look like it been sprinkled in salt it sounds like whitespot.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Does the bug have legs.
Do you feed live foods.

they do look like they were dropped in salt! kinda like a pretzel!! the bugs do have legs not sure how many they are tiny, i will get pics, also my bettas have been flicking off my lotus...also my cichlid flicked once, but my rainbow shark has always flicked off the wood in the tank after he eats... the shark dosent have the spots.

i fed frozen blood worms, the only live i fed was earthworms and slugs

Do you mean the spots on the fish have legs or the bugs in the tank water.
Fish lice will look disc shaped with legs and suckers.

the bugs have legs! they are redish orange, i just went to try to get pics and they have antenna too, they are i think pear shaped? the things on the fish are only on my bettas fins and my reeds body! they look like salt.

i got pics but my camera is horrible

The bugs that you are seeing jump on the water surface are most likely springtails...completely unrelated to the white spot problem they are harmless.

The orange red bugs I would post in tropical discussion as more people go over there and might no what they are.
If the fish has white spots on the fins the size of a grain of salt in sounds like whitespot.
Are the fish flicking and rubbing.

yes the cichlids and betta are flicking, the shark is too but always has, the one who has it the worst (my reed fish Orochi) isnt showing any signs of discomfort, he is eating out of my hand and everything, but i dont want to loose any of them!!

do you have a picture of the spring tails? i wnt to make sure!!

Can't make the pics out there to blury.
How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

I would treat the tank for whitespot.
Make sure you can use the full dose with the fish you keep.,
Raise temp and increase aeration, as med and the high temp reduce 02 in the water.

okay, my tank is 55 gallons,

1 rainbow shark
2 angels
1 reed fish
1 pantodon
10 bettas
2 jewel cichlids
2 moorii cichlids
2 clown loach

stats are

amonia-0
nitrate-0
nitrite-0
ph-7.8
temp-79 or 80*F

i also have live plants will the plants be okay?

Not sure what a reed fish is it a cold water fish.

How big are the clown loaches as your tank looks abit overstocked to me.
Whats your tap nitrate reading.

Some whitespot meds can kill plants so check in the instructions.

< thats a reed fish E.calbaracus.

the clowns are 1 inch, i know they need a bigger tank.. they are getting one of there own soon

Thats fine then if the clown loaches are still little.
I would check on using whitespot meds with reed fish as no nothing about them.
